Why do I have to provide all this information?

Every customer is entitled to a complete puzzle. To ensure that this remains the case, we need to request some information about the order in order to be able to allocate it. If all the information is available, we can produce a suitable replacement and send it to you within a very short time.

I received the puzzle as a gift and don't know where or when it was bought. Can I still get a replacement?

Of course, you will receive a replacement for the puzzle if it meets the requirements. Unfortunately, however, we must ask you to provide us with the order number so that we can assign the puzzle internally.

How can it even happen that a piece of a puzzle is missing?

Every puzzle undergoes a human quality check. This is because it is technically almost impossible to produce puzzles without human inspection. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen, as they do everywhere. Incidentally, this is the case with every puzzle manufacturer. However, so that you don't have to worry about this, we always guarantee you a complete puzzle. So if you are missing a piece, we will of course send you a suitable replacement.

My puzzle is badly finished or damaged in one place, what should I do?
